I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We currently accept major debit and credit cards
(such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Depending on your device and browser, you may also
see options like Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.

Can I switch an item on my order before it ships?
We’re not able to edit items, sizes, or colors on an existing order.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
For fraud prevention, Stripe checks billing details against the card issuer. Using a billing address that matches
your card and a valid shipping address helps us keep both you and FAVORITE protected.

Orders enter fulfillment quickly after they’re placed, so address changes aren’t guaranteed.
Always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an issue, email us immediately with your
order number and the correct address and we’ll do our best to help before the package ships.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Our payments are handled by Stripe, which can accept many international debit and credit cards, even if your card
was issued outside the United States. Your card will be charged in USD, and your bank will handle
any currency conversion.
Right now we only ship orders to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the US, you can still purchase as long as you use a valid US shipping address at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Stripe securely processes your payment, but shipping and tracking are handled by our fulfillment partners.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the carrier (for example USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you haven’t received tracking within a reasonable time after your order is marked as shipped, email us with your order number and we’ll check the status for you.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and pack your order.
Once shipped, most US orders arrive within an additional 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier
and your location. Pre-order or made-to-order pieces may include extra production time, which will be noted on the product page.
